FAQs 

A) Order

1. Is it necessary for me to register as member in order to purchase from your website?

It is not necessary. We understand that some of the customers might think that it is troublesome for them. So, we let our customers to decide :)

However, if you registered as member with us (only a click away), the payment process would be easier as you will have your individual Order Page to upload the bank-in slip (for Cash Deposit/ Bank Transfer method only). Furthermore, you may always check on your purchase history at the Order Page :)

2. What should I fill up to place order?

Please fill up the recipient full name, hp number, company name (if any) & the full shipping address. For companies that do not receive personal parcel on behalf of their employees, it is the responsibility for the buyer to provide us another shipping address. Always make sure the shipping information is correct, else we are not held responsible for any returned/ missing parcel due to wrong/ incomplete information given. Shipping charges for second delivery (if any) shall be borne by the buyer in all circumstances.

Also, please read through the Attention! page before placing your order. 

3. Where should I write the message to be included after placing the order?

Upon checkout, you will find 3 message boxes under "Payment Method" (View Cart> Customer Information> Shipping Method> Payment Method> Message box). Please click here for a detailed demo. 

For items with Pebble Owl, please fill up the 1st message box. The length of message allowed is up to 8 words. For items with S.A.M., please fill up the 2nd message box. Message shall be in English/ Malay only. The length of message allowed is up to 120 characters including punctuation (for e.g., miss = 4 characters; miss! = 5 characters). For other item, please fill up the 3rd message box (optional).

4. Can I specify a date to ship out my order?

Yes, you can. Once you place order & upon checkout, fill up your preference date for us to ship out your order (View Cart> Customer Information> Add a Remark). Please click here for a detailed demo.

Most of the time, the parcel will get delivered on the next working day, else would be the day after (within Peninsular & excluding Pos Express). We normally advise our customers to ship out 2 working days earlier, just in case any delay or unsuccessful delivery/ recipient not around. After all, it's better to reach earlier than late. Anyway, it's still up to the customers to decide on the ship out date ;)

*For those buyers who even want to specify a delivery time by the courier service provider, please contact the respective receiving branch of your parcel yourselves to make such arrangement. Thanks!

5. I want to purchase Rustic Lavender Wedding Favour. How?

For this item, kindly contact us at pegasusflorist@gmail.com. We shall advise you accordingly.

6. Can I cancel my order after payment?

Order is non-cancellable after payment is made. Please choose carefully before placing the order :)

7. What happen if I place order but do not make payment?

For order that is not made payment within 48 hours, our system will automatically delete it. If you are still keen on it, kindly place your order again.

 

B) Shipping

1. What is the service provider to ship the order?

By default, we are using Poslaju. For Lavender Bouquet Gift Box & Lavender Bridal products, we will ship out using Citylink. Only for S.A.M., we are using Pos Express. However, if you are buying combo product that includes S.A.M., we will use Poslaju/ Citylink.

2. What are the shipping charges applied?

Please refer here for the shipping charges. However, it is not applicable to our Rustic Lavender Wedding Favour. For this item, please contact us at pegasusflorist@gmail.com for shipping charges & arrangement.

3. What is your shipping area?

We ship by courier to whole Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah/ Labuan & Sarawak).

4. I am interested to purchase but I am from Singapore. Is it possible to ship to Singapore?

Yes, it is possible, as long as the buyer willing to bear the shipping charges. Please contact us at pegasusflorist@gmail.com for further information. 

5. How fast will you ship out the order?

After payment is received, we will ship out the order on the next working day (Monday – Friday). Unless at certain circumstance such as stock runs out, then we will advise the customer accordingly.

For bridal products such as Lavender Bridal Bouquet, Lavender Bridal Bouquet Set and Lavender Bridesmaids & Groomsmen Set, we will ship out within 3 working days. As for Rustic Lavender Wedding Favour, we will ship out within 7 working days.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

For Peninsular Malaysia: 1 to 2 working days (Poslaju & Citylink); 3 to 4 working days (Pos Express)

For Sabah & Sarawak: 3 to 4 working days (Poslaju & Citylink); 5 to 7 working days (Pos Express) 

However, you may expect some delay during peak season such as long weekend, festive month or fasting month. If you need the item to be delivered on certain day, it's advisable to order earlier rather than to receive it late :P

For buyer, it is your responsibility to trace the parcel with the tracking no. given by us. Always make sure someone is available to receive you parcel. You may estimate the delivery by tracing your parcel here (Poslaju)/ here (Pos Express)/ here (Citylink).

7. My friend does not receive the parcel. What should I do?

-Trace your parcel by using the tracking details we have advised you upon shipped out. 

a) If the status is "Delivered", take note on the name of the person that received & signed on behalf. Ask your friend to check with that person (might be receptionist/ security dept./ receiving dept.)

b) If the status is "Unsuccessful Delivery", please contact respective Poslaju branch (as stated in the Poslaju tracking system) for second time delivery (if any)/ walk in to self collect the parcel.

Please bear in mind that it is the general practice for Poslaju or any other courier service provider to pass the parcel to the reception counter if the parcel is shipped to the corporate office as they might not be allowed to go up further. 

For customers who insist the parcels to deliver to their recipients directly without going through 3rd party such as receptionist & etc., we would advise to ship to the recipient's residential address (please make sure someone is there to receive the parcel). Alternatively, you may self collect from our shop & hand pass yourselves :P

*P/S: There are certain condominium with strict policy that do not allow courier service provider to pass the gate for delivery. In such case, recipient shall be responsible to make necessary arrangement with the securities to avoid unwanted delivery issue.

8. I have purchased S.A.M. but I need a faster shipping than Pos Express. Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible. Just contact us and we shall use Poslaju for faster shipping. However, additional charges will be applied.

9. Will you include any billing or invoice along with the parcel?

Rest assured that no billing or invoice will be included along with the parcel.


C) Others

1. Can I put the lavender in the food & beverage?

Please be noted that our lavenders are strictly not for consumption. Please do not put them in contact with any food or beverage.
